The High Point Cross Country Ski Center is
CLOSED, and it is still raining. The
temperature this morning is 38F. There are several bare patches, and
with the continued warm temperatures in the forecast the ski operation will
open again if we receive more snow before the end of March. We use a
Prinoth snowcat to groom and during limited snow cover we use a snowmobile,
roller, and track setter. Stay tuned for ski condition updates early
in the morning or late at night.

A special "THANK YOU" goes out to the
patrollers and ski instructors (volunteers) that have helped clear the trails
and move into the ski lodge.

Rollerskiing is fun, and it helps you stay in great shape for snow
skiing. Learning to rollerski is easy for a person already cross country skiing.

Roller" rollerskis.
